2 years ago a Friend wrote a rap for me to learn all about my life and that word that's always till now got me in trouble that being "Spastic"

Sadly the backing track did not work and I ended up reading it out instead!

Last year my friend sadly took his own life.

At the funeral, I said to his wife I would somehow record it.

Me thinking God knows what!

Hey ho, a year later ish and with help from Rob Pinch I have produced this.

I'm going to do another recording in 3wks as I now know it off by heart.

Now I need a bit of help. I want to get it out there and get ppl talking about disability, racism, discrimination, is all in my rap.
